Well, what got me interested is if you use the video 'tracker' to move it back and forth slowly, it turns its head to see where its going in a very natural fashion, secondly look at the first frames, there's no feathers on the wings.
It doesn't look like CGI and it's definately not a model.
Watcha think?

Well, I'm no expert but there's nothing in the frame that we can use to judge the size of the thing. I know nothing of cgi or other possible camera trickery but I do know that even if I was the one taking the footage I'd seriously doubt it was a pterodactyl type creature.
If it is genuine footage of a ropen it could be a new bird or bat, I hope the answer is out there somewhere but if it is you're more likely to find in on the news than on youtube.
