A Conversation for Asexuality

It's always interesting to learn more about different aspects of human behaviour, being the complex creations that we are. I'd heard of 'asexual', but always thought it simply referred to people who weren't interested in sex, end of. To me, the word always seemed more of a euphemism to describe somebody who couldn't connect or feel close to anyone - so it was interesting to learn that they often desire and seek intimate romantic relationships. Not quite the borderline sociopaths I thought.
I thought your article was thoughtfully written and informative, and you used very clear, simple language to explain a state of being that many of us misunderstand. I also liked the way you used different scenarios to respond to people's misconceptions - e.g. you've not met the right person yet, you're a homosexual in denial, frigid, etc. Good piece.
