Glencoe Massacre

There! i told you I was descended from the MacDonald Clan.
My surname is Mc Sorley and I have managed to trace some connections to the Clan Cameron and the Clan Lamont. But I truly think the fued between the Campbells and MacDonalds is beginning to fade away .
Not all of it though .
I refuse to eat a tin of their soup. smiley - smiley.
My family eventually finished up in the then village of Tollcross. I can vaguely remember the villageness of the place before it was swallowed up by the City of Glasgow .I can just about remember my grand-father ,name of James Mc Sorley. They moved from there to the
Gallowgate in the East end of Glasgow . He left seven sons and three daughters ,only one of whom sad to say survives. My auntie Violet .
