Big horrible nasty-looking grammatical mistake.
".... So, if you're heart jumps into your mouth when you spot someone you fancy..."
I think it's slightly obvious from that. (And if it isn't, it should read "your")

The "Liar! Liar!" list is a list of symtoms ("Sweating", "Excessive hand movements"). "The mouth tends to dry up" is not on the same form, you might want to rephrase it to "Dryness of the mouth" or something.
