i just spent two weeks in frankfurt as an exchange student, and i got to try this stuff. one variation (very popular with teenage girls, but i don't like it much) is apfelwein half-and-half with fanta, the orange soda. i liked sauer gespritzt much better, tastes pretty good with the Handkäse.
