I don't agree that every fractal is generated by a formula the way you tell. The article just covers the classical fractals in a plane like the Mandelbrot Set, but what about space-filling curves? What about fractals of higher dimensions? Insert the word "Many" in the beginning of the last section, and I would be happy!
