Americans are tasty as well. Though in Texas the preferred cooking method is frying.

Why Chinese, we Irish are full of Guiness. Wouldn't we taste nice?

Nice article, I'm mildly surprised you didn't get a bit of stick for being PiC. But it jogged my memory: you haven't entered a list for our TABLE FOR NINE forum. Yours could be a hangi, although it is not much different from an Oz barby except slower. As a starter, how's this for an Enzed line-up? Richard Hadlee, Jon Lomu, John Walker, Shane Dye, Edmund Hillary, Dame Kiri te Kanawa, Bob Charles, John Clarke. Reserves Phar Lap and the cute penguin on Bluebird crisp packets. And you, Loony, you are a must, otherwise this could be the most boring hangi of all time. Take care,

I think the echo came from a guest who was not invited to the party. David Tua, the Kiwi who will be the next world heavyweight champion.
