I don't know if anyone remembers a TV series called The Rise and Fall of Reginald Perrin, but the shop that he opened called Grot had a particularly bad poet:
Grot's the place to buy all your gifts,
Cos it's all on one floor and there aren't any lifts.
Grot sells things that aren't any use
Some are green, some are blue and some are puce.
