Just thought I'd bump this. There's an awful lot about it in the media right now as the final episode is being shown in the US tonight. 
I don't want the show to go beyond the Bartlett presidency, I just wish that his presidency lasted a little longer.

Yeah. I saw an article on BBC news about it but didn't read it in case it had spoilers. I'm only up to the episode "Impact Winter" from season 6.

I just saw Election Day part 2 in the seventh season, and I have to say, it really got my heart pounding all the way through. It was hard avoiding spoilers for the last few weeks considering my status as an internet junkie, but it was well worth it.
