A Conversation for Secrets of Longevity
Hanging on to Youth

I find the best way to live is to remain young in heart and mind(at the tender age of 20, I'm no true expert at this, but many people are under the illusion that I'm still under 18, so I must be doing somehting right, or I have very good genes, both of which I believe to be true).
Laughter helps you carry on through life a day at a time, while in times of difficulty, a need for friendship and support is apparent. Having people who care for you keeps you happy. Enjoying life and taking it with a sense of humor keeps you young, I believe.
Long life is very much based on attitude, I believe. Who would want to live forever if they didn't like life!?? It's not for the immortal power trip, or to avoid the fear of death, now, is it!?? It shouldn't be... I think that's the wrong approach. As long as you do touch the lives of others, you will be immortal in their hearts and minds.
Focus on a good life in order to prolong death. That's my input.
