It has been found that there are two very good ways to improve health and longevity. one is to eat a very high fish diet. this has the side effect of making you smell of blubber/fish. The other is to eat a low calorie diet. (like in the ww2). If you eat 10% less than most healthy people, you get significant health benefits.
Another thing that seems to have a major impact on both health and longevity is laughing a lot. it seems to release lots of nice chemicals in the body that help you.
