A Conversation for Lunar Eclipses

As the earth rotates and the moon orbits the earth, it exerts a pull on the ocean and as we all know we get tides. However, there is a point (maybe more) that is (are) equdistant from the maximum tide. At this point there is no tidal movement. Does anyone know what it's technical term is? Could be an amphidromic point - its been ages since I studied it and now I've forgot!
