I think this person ought to have researched the scoring system more. There is no such thing as an 'A+'; the grade system is alphanummerical (A1, A2, B1, etc). It is also not possible to achieve 95 points; the highest score (an A1) is worth 100 points with the next highest grade, an A2, being awarded 90 points. The lowest possible score to be awarded points at honours level, a D3, is worth 45 points.
