"How to avoid Computer Viruses", should do it.

I agree. I was drawn in by the idea of being able to avoid disease while traveling in developing countries only to find this article still a good entry though...

You could always try:
1) Wear a face mask at all times. (Uncomfortable in hot, humid countries.)
2) Copious quantities of insect repellent. (First, find one that works!)
3) Don't sleep with anyone!
NOTE: This is for protection from disease-type viruses, not computer ones. You could try these for computer viruses, but I don't think they'll help much! (Real computer nerds probably don't sleep, never mind sleeping WITH anybody!
)
