The Guinness brewery is on the South side of the river Liffey not the North Having lived there for most of my life I would have noticed if it was moved

I tell you - "East Brit not West Brit", "South bank not North bank" ...the only possible conclusion is that I am upside down.
Ah *blood rushes to feet*, that's better.
Anyhow - in my defence, its only about 10 yards across at that point.

Yes, it took about ten minutes to get a seat in the bar bit. Probably not a good idea to go the hottest day of the year and I couldn't find any cufflinks in the souveniry bit. Happy experience, but I still prefer Jameson's distillery which is a couple of stops further on

Oh heck - shall we do a co-operative guide entry on that then? You'll have to do the "whiskey tasting" side, as you got the official Irish whiskey tasting certificate.
