A Conversation for Helmut Kohl

Kohl: A joke turned into reality

During the last days it became known that large numbers of files where destroyed in Kohl's government offices, just before the social democrats took over. These where doubtless the files that could proove the ex-chancellor's innocence in the current procedings. Could a joke from the late eightes explain what was happening?:

Kohl is standing in front of a shredder machine in the cellar of the "Kanzleramt", a large file under his arm. He asks a clerk how to operate the machine. After listening to the instructions he shoves the file into the slot of the shredder.
"That was easy," he says, "and where will my copies come out?"

Well, well, you now what they say: "Ignorance doesn't save you from punnishment!"
Perhaps we could create a Guide entry where all the Kohl-jokes that are still funny (don't know how much that will be) are collected, like this one:

Why was Helmut allowed to smoke in the 4. grade? Because he allready was 16 year old! (hmmm...)

sorry for that...
