If you're a fan of truly dark roast coffee, try Redbeard's Brew at the Aroma Café.

This was created by the café's Infinitely Improbable Espresso Machine (IIEM) when I was looking for a darker roast.


Consider the difference between light roast coffee beans and the darkest French or Italian roast. Now imagine a point that far beyond the darkest roast... beyond black. This roast has a deeper flavor than you can imagine, yet without a trace of bitterness.

Redbeard's Brew is generally served black, no sugar, and just like Hotblack Desiato's stunt-ship, light just seems to fall into it.

"That," he said, "that... is really bad for the eyes...."1


WARNING: Do not attempt to drink this unless you're a serious coffee addict like me.
