Inenation code flag Bravo is not as described. Flag Bravo is plain red and under international regulations means Keep clear, I am Loading or Unloading Explosives.
The flag described is used to indicate divers down, but only in North America. The international code flag for divers if Flag Alpha which is Blue and White.
