A Conversation for South Street, Philadelphia

Yeah, cool place - best place to get hoagies and Philly Cheese streaks but had the worst curry of my life from there.
I was sat alone and hungry in a hotel in Philly and called for a takeaway as I was feeling homesick. Ordered the entire menu and was so disappointed. Unfortunately, Americans seem to have the same idea on how to cook curry as they do chips !
Still, Philly is a totally fab place - like a small NYC but more friendly.

I think I know the curry you're talking about... well, not really but it would be funny if I did. Philly is a wonderful
place, although I have only been there once. I came up to buy some records at 611. Everybody told me it was
a good record store but never informed me of how cool Philly actually is.

I think that South Street better pick up the pace a bit,
because it is slowly being replaced with Main St. in Manayunk...
I for one would like to see more theaters like The TLA on South Street,
more art galleries, and more cafes and less and less drug dealers...
The city of Philadelphis has to take action now, to save South Street before it is lost to main St...
Mr. Main Street, my friend Mr. Dan Neddison is gonna see to it that his Main St.
here in Manayunk, will replace Sout Street and become the new
HOT Spot here in town...
