A Conversation for Rex the Runt

Rex The Runt is god, and I've waited patientally for a guide entry about him.

I found this absolutely killer website about the show, detailled history, episode guides and all. That was last year smiley - sadface

What I'm wondering is why there are no RtR videos. I mean, I'd buy 'em, so why aren't they out? smiley - winkeye

have you got the url of the killer site Q(AS)? I've seen one RTR episode, I thought it was absolutely fantastic, but nobody seems to be showing it at the moment. If anyone manages to get a video tell me so I can pirate it. Oops, sorry, buy it. Ahem.

I saw one episode of Rex the Runt - the one about catching cities and keeping them as pets - and I seem to remember that I thought it hilariously funny.

It's one of those tragedies of television, I think, that I haven't been able to catch the rest of 'em.

Fame at last. The Beeb repeated the show a few months back... around midnight on weekdays. Hmmph. I think the place to see about videos is the Atom Films website (probably www.atomfilms.com or thereabouts). They did QT downloads last time I checked...

There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho

Atom Films ([Broken link removed by Moderator]) is indeed the place to find RtR these days. You have to register to be able to watch, but you'll also find some other gems there like Aardman's internet-only animation Angry Kid.

I'm not convinced yet that the download time / watching value ratio is good enough for Angry Kid... it's fun but would be better if I didn't have to wait an hour for each 1-minute episode to download smiley - sadface

If you get the Paramount Comedy channel in the UK then they sometimes have Rex the Runt on late at night. This week they seem to have two episodes every night at about 1.30am. Annoying because my housemate wants to watch Waiting For God then. Ironic really, we don't watch TV during the day smiley - bigeyes

I've never had any of those kind of delays with Angry Kid, Peregrin, but I'm fortunate to have cable access. When you say download, do you mean download or stream? I have no problems with either, although every time I've downloaded an episode and then tried to watch it on the pc, I unzip it, it tries to open in Windows Media, but I always get an error message "Unable to download appropriate compressor" smiley - sadface
