A Conversation for Things That Go Bump in the Night

Well, actually more like "Rats in the Thatch" in my case!
Having just moved into my hubby's 16th Century thatched cottage, and spending my first night on my own, as John worked shifts, I was woken by the most peculiar noises coming from the loft space. I lay, a terrified atheist, imagining all sorts of goings on only to have John tell me that it was the resident rats!
They soon moved out of their own accord as I had brought with me two large dogs and five cats when I moved in!

Yeah! But what about ghost? You guys can't tell me that you have never seen odd thing happening, especially at night and especially while you are lying in bed trying to forget what might be underneath.
But I had many of my friends got o that great stoop in the sky. Not all of them stayed up thier. You want to talk about spooky, then lets get down with the stories. Right now it could be dark where U R now. Right now... something.... is lurking in that darkness. Something alive, or used to be. It moves around the house while you sleep. It could be right over your left shoulder now trying to see what your reading. Oh-yeah! U could tell yourself 'it was the wind', or 'the house is changing tempt.' you all the while in the back of your brain...... YOU KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you seen under my bed? No, of course you haven't! There's so much junk and dust there, a ghost would move out in disgust!
However, my daughter who was only two, used to say that she often saw a pretty lady standing at the foot of her bed (she was obviously talking about me). But then again, I just don't believe in "that sort of thing"!

You don't have to believe in something for it to exist...
But if it makes you feel better....
