Rats live on no evil star. Whether this is true or not is entirely beside the point. Unlikely, since the mean surface temperatur of the average star would be prohibitive to sustaining rodent life in its currently understood form. This is true whether the star could be designated evil or not. Fun though. Enjoy! smiley - smiley

Satan oscillate my metallic sonatas.

Unfortunately it has no meaning as such - but I do detect the emergence of evil as a theme in palindomes.

Incidentally, it is one of the great annoyances in life that "palindromic" isn't smiley - winkeye

There is also a place in South Australia called Glenelg, and probably other countries as well. Boring, but this forum seemed like fun.

I read a book on these some years back. Most of these were better with the illustration, but you do what you can, eh?

Ana, nab a banana (The title of the book)
Taco cat
Drawn Inward (GREAT illustration for that one)
Smug gums

And...er...can only remember one other. It had about 60 or 70 of the things. Um, anyway, the best one, IMHO:

A jar, a ham, a maharaja. smiley - smiley

Norma is as selfless as I am, Ron.

Here are some by Leigh Mercer:

Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era?
Did Hannah say as Hannah did?
"Not New York!", Roy went on.
Sue, dice do, to decide us.
Madam, I'm Adam.
Sir, I'm Iris.
Eve.
Poor Dan is in a droop.
Too bad - I hid a boot.
Yawn a more Roman way.
Nurse, I spy gypsies - run!
Evil is a name of a foeman, as I live.

Satan, oscillate my metallic sonatas!

Was it Eliot's toiliet I saw?

In girum imus nocte et consumimur igni (latin: we enter the circle after dark and are consumed by fire)

Go hang a salami, I'm a lasagna hog

Not so, Boston!
