ive found that bicycling is avery good way to stop smokeing.first the lungs have to cacth up with legs then thelegs have to cacth back up with lungs followed bythe lungscathing back up with legs and so on.its also very difficult to light one up while peddling and doesnt look cool at all going down the bike lane.so sould i bike an hour a day thats at least an hour a day iwont be enjoying that full fresh flavor of buglist turkish&blended tobacy alive with(udontgetofftillyoucough)pleasure!

I need to quit and I think that perhaps bicycling would be very nice. Of course in the winter here in Michigan that can be very hard. But, nevertheless I shall try ::cough::

short sprints work good just go as fast as you can untill you really feel it turn around and head home.be carefull not to dress to warm as sweating in frigit tempurtures should be avoided. keeping a good pace will warm you up.O%O
