all i have to say is that zyban is the best. i have tried everything available in terms of quit support, and nothing has worked for me except zyban. it was developed as an anti-depressant, but it's not a very good one. then they figured out that it significantly interferes with the extremely unpleasant cravings associated with sudden stoppage of nicotine intake - ie it does something to the dopamine mesolimbic reward pathway. great! i've never felt better and i'm not smoking, and it was comparatively easy. if i normally felt 100% crap when i've stopped smoking, with zyban i've felt about 10% crap. not bad, not bad atall!!
