He who knows not and knows not that he knows not,
is a fool, shun him
He who knows not and knows that he knows not,
is simple, teach him
He who knows and knows not that he knows,
is asleep, wake him
He who knows, and knows that he knows,
is wise, Follow Him

Hi E
..I also think that (in the verse),"simple" is usually
"a child"(-teach him..)
-Did´nt expect any response on this ancient thread
..Anyway, does it bother you that Socrates and Confucius are ,appearantly, nut quite consistent on this topic?
