Dear reader,

I am a big egg enthusiast and a big fan of poached eggs in particular. No fat used, healthy tasty and they look great if cooked proplerly. The method mentioned was spot on. It's the method I have used time and time again.

When friends and family stay over at my house and I've cooked poached egg on toast for them in the morning, I often get asked how do I manage to get it so perfect. Well, I decided to devote a site to my method for friends and family. Since the method is the same as the one mentioned in the article, I thought it appropriate to provide a link to my site so you can see photographic proof that the method talked in the main entry works (Moderators - it is a non-commerical website, just a hobby of mine). I fully endorse this method rather than the rubbish methods out their such as the 'vortex' method by Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall (egg soup more like!). Enjoy the photos.
