Hello steve here just a few words on anger management.
If anyone has seen my space then they will see i work in betting shop.
Now it ain't a bad job but it has its moments with stress and anger and maybe both at the same time.
Yes we get awkward customers who give us a hard time and experience has shown the silent treatment works until they have finished ranting and raving then looking them in the eyes not saying a word and watching their face drop shrinking in size with everyone else watching this person making a fool out of themselves.

Yes i agree sometimes it ain't always easy and things people say can hurt but you learn to deal with different people under different circumstances without the need of a punch up or the law.
