I prefer shells and cheese to kraft dinners because it's easier to make. You don't have to have milk and margarine, the cheese comes in a pouch, and you just squeeze it out after the shells are done. It also comes in assorted flavors; original, brocolli,bacon bits, and even salsa.

If you're really worried about the milk and margarine/butter you can always make KD with just water, though it tastes bloody awful. You can get "EasyMac" too, which you just add water to and stick it in the microwave. Haven't tried it out yet. AND... they've got new flavours of KD (although they've given them some fancy name instead of KD) like Creamy Garlic, Cheese and Bacon, and such.

And KD cheese comes in a pouch as well. You just can't really squeeze it out of it per se smiley - smiley
