Have a read yourself of what you have written. The third sentence is a meaningless fragment.
Remove the header at the very start. Change the title of the entry to:
British Burial Barrows: Bowl Barrows

Sentence 3: 'commonest' Is that actually a word? I don't have a new dictionary, but the word isn't in the ones that I have. I would say 'most common' instead.

Also, that sentence appears to end with the word 'the'.

I'd certainly consider "commonest" to be a normal word.

Hi Gnomon
Any more ideas......
What happens after all the entries are done just put them in review and wait for comment or someone to pick them up. Not been through this process before it is a bit unclear.
Any advice.

For a university project, you need to get your entries to be as good as possible, find a sub-editor to sub-edit them, and then you submit the whole shebang as a project. The Editors will move your entries over to the sub-editor who will tidy them up. Then when you and the sub-editor are happy, they're all put into Peer Review. We do the final polishing and then the project is published.
But they really have to be a lot better before they're ready for the sub-editor.

Content or style.
>But they really have to be a lot better before they're ready for the sub-editor.< If you could give a clue as to the problems as you see them.
This is open for suggestions as my ideas may not suit every ones idea of approiate (The way I have set this project out might be unrefined to some eyes but I am open to all suggestions and dont get upset as o far everyone has suggested points in a fair and open way and if it is wrong it is wrong it will be corrected) or finished. I like to get a well rounded entry and people often suggest bits that open out an entry. I was hopeing that any idas or comments that involve a major re-writeing (timeline cockups and the like I may despite care expect to be pulled up on something, especialy the Gods) could be delt with in review, then I was hopeing to knock off the rough edges (spellings and the like) after everyone has pulled it to peices and I have rebuilt it into what I hope is its final form.
Is this an acceptable way to approach this.

You'd be better to talk to someone with experience of the University. As I see it, if you submit a project, you are expected to be an expert. I don't know who, if anyone, checks the content to make sure that the whole thing hangs together. The Peer Review stage is one of the final stages and as far as I can see is only for final polishing.
So it's good that you've put these into the Edited Workshop, but I'm afraid I haven't had a chance to look at them yet.

So so far so good then (I hope)
I would never call myself an expert, I always allow others to pass opinions about that, I hope that the entry good enough otherwise the entry fails (thats the way it goes)
I value your opinion when you can and get your comments.
Thaks for the interest so far.
