You`re so right - whale watching is a good thing. I hoped to see some Orca whales when I was on a tour in the area of the San Juan Islands but there weren`t any. Anyway...we found three or four minke whales which was exciting, too. Pics? Yeah we took some. Lotsa water on them.

Try New Zealand, where whales are guaranteed.
There are even people who make a living out of escorting tourists to see them!

Why get sea sick if you can watch whales while strolling along a beautifull beach? Whales have just arrived in Cape Town (South Africa)for the summer. I saw my first whale two days ago just off Noordhoek beach and again yesterday afternoon.

Personally I thought the way it leaped onto dry land and down the telephone line to catch it was a pretty neat trick.

Sure. So my money is gone and the whale (Orca or Minke?) returned to his wife and children for buying them exclusive fish for dinner. FINE. Not that I want to complain...nooo...not at all...

Orca of course (the licence fee's cheaper). Tell you what, post yourself doing the line dance and playing the didgeridoo, and I'll send you some more dosh on a whale secure line.
