Surely it isnt very fair to the tree just to takl 2 it to pick up chicks/blokes? (by chicks i meant gals, but if any unfortuant fledglings have a home in the tree then mayb them 2)
back 2 my point, just imagine how this tree feels. it is standing there all alone when some nice person decideds to takl to it. now its feelin like a specially lucky tree to have found an interesting friend to talk with. (i hope you're imagining all this from the trees point of view as we go along!) now along comes another person, by this point the tree is feein on top of the world, and joins the conversation. @ which point both the trees new found friends go off together, without so much as a farewell & leave him all alone again.
while i must congratulate u 4 findin such an ingenious method of gettin a date i feel it is my duty to point out that all this can emotionally scare a tree for life. so next time u use as tree this way dont 4get to go back @ some later date and thank it. (christmas cards r not really a good idea as u could b sendin it its own family mashed up as coloured pulp.)
luv a naturally-concerned omylouse

You should note that the editor of this entry is The Dancing Tree. If anyone knows how to treat a tree, it should be him (and all the other trees as well). Therefore, he probably edited out anything that could be harmful towards trees. The logical consequence of this is that a tree won't mind if someone speaks to it only for a while to pick up people. It might even be slightly amused.

good point. i only thought i should mention it incase people thought that tree they were using to pich people up was without feelings.
i can see how a tree could b amused by this perculiar behaviour. i think i would b 2 if i saw any1 doing that! good way 2 break the ice i s'pose...or end up in the loony bin! i already got sum1 tryin 2 put me away so i think i'll jus converse wiv my leafy friends in private!
luv an omylouse on the run!
