A Conversation for Trousers versus Pants

Pants and Placenames

Dilapidated

Ceiriog

Whenever we drive through Pant, Shropshire, everyone in the car has to pant. It's a tradition. It helps us get over the shock of suddenly finding ourselves in England.

'Pant' is the Welsh word for a dip, or a hollow. It's still funny, though.
