A friend of mine recomeneded this book then promptly lent it to me, i was intrigued by my friends verbal review during a english class and wasnt dissapointed when i read it. A great plot line, lots of drugs cars fraud drugs and totally deranged crazed people (mainly because of drugs). Well worth reading if you have a few spare hours.

i've just read several novels this year and i think reading this one will be the next in line, it sounds really good, i'll have to read it. the review on front page has made me feel a lil bit bad tho, as i'm off to las vegas v soon. lol n mind, i'm sure i wont come to too much harm!

i picked this up the other day, wondering how much different it is from the movie. i'm a new vegas transplant and interested in hunter s. thompson's experience.

read the book about 3 years before the film was made - amazing. i thought johnny depp was out of this world as hunter s thompson. DON'T FORGET THE F*****g GOLF SHOES. WHITE RABBIT, - and the toaster in the bath was funniest.
