Any chance of quantities here?

How big are 'large' and 'small' tins? How big is a cup? A US cup is smaller than a UK one. Level or heaped spoons? (I tend to assume level unless otherwise stated.)
Weights and measures are always preferable to generalized quantities, IMHO.

Yeah, I've thought about it, done some research even.
Whiskey. How strong to do want it? Use a big cup if you want more kick. Use a mug if you're that way inclined.
A large tin of condensed milk is (I think) around 500ml, maybe a bit less. A small tin of evaporated milk is (I think) around 400ml, again maybe a bit less. I'll check the tins again tonight.
Coffee. Level or heaped ... dunno ... compromise and bevel it.
Think about what you're making here. It doesn't need to be exact.
Trout.
