A Conversation for Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers

In a whole LOT of Japanese tv shows and movies you find one idea: the kids understand things best. They understand Godzilla and Gamera and Voltron and a bunch of other things. They seem to live in a state of grace from which they are hurled when they reach adulthood. I know a lot of these were aimed at kids, but isn't this stretching a concept a bit too far? Won't it lead to a lot of disappointed adults wondering where the magic went in their lives? "I coulda been a friend to Jet Jaguar. I coulda been somebody."

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
