A Conversation for Wedding Etiquette

Occasionally, people get too nervous to preform their duties in the wedding ceremony. Usually this involves a speech or toast. At this point, it would be nice to step in and take the job for them. It's an ignored background etiquette, but if it's being polite in a wedding, it's wedding etiquette
