It's always especially pleasing to attach a childhood photograph of a birthday boy or girl, on the main entrance door (and in fact every other possible entrance to the building and toilets).

Visitors are greeted with a poorly photocopied black and white picture of a 7-year-old standing on the beach in Cornwall with a bucket and spade in hand and the slogan "Guess who's 40 today?" ...

More original would be something like "guess who's 43,5 today?" or "guess who's 500 months old today?".
