- Love What You Do.
- Get a good start. Wake up energized, motivated and excited about the day ahead.
- Smile. No one has can to stand up to a hearty smile.
- Have belief in yourself.
- Make anyone you know feel ten-feet-tall.
- Never underestimate the value of goodwill.
- It might not be a good idea to always tell someone they are wrong. Instead, provide your own opinions (as your own) even if they conter's someone else's.
- Always listen. Unhappy people seem to talk to much and listen too little.
- Enjoy what ever it is that you do... sadly, seven out of ten people don't.
- Be trustworthy, reliable and honest with yourself and everyone you deal with.
- Try not to make promises you can't keep. And keep every promise you make.
- Whenever you do something, always visualize a successful outcome.
- If you want to get ahead, think ahead.
- Avoid Negative Vocabulary. Words like "never", "can't", "won't", and "impossible" only make you feel bad.
- Feel good about what you say and do, and what you say and do will sound and feel good.
- Never be afraid to say you don't know.
- Apply the win-win principle in life. Whatever happens, make sure the outcome is one that everyone involved is happy or satisfied with. If this doesn't reach an agreement, have an alternative win-win option.
