French Bread Pizza
Created | Updated Feb 21, 2005
French bread pizza is one of the easiest proper meals a person can make.
Ingredients
Please note that no amounts are given, all are subject to personal preference:
- A half-loaf of French bread
- Jar of pizza topping
- Cheese1
- Any items in the refrigerator that would work well as toppings
- Seasoning to taste
- Salad garnish
Method
Cut the French bread half lengthwise (giving two French bread pizzas).
Spread on some of the pizza topping.
Grate some cheese and sprinkle it on top.
Cut up any other toppings (mushrooms, peppers, ham, for example) and place over the cheese.
Sprinkle on any seasoning.
Put them in the oven, gas mark 6 (approximately 200°C or 400°F) for about ten minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Serve with a bit of lettuce if you can actually be bothered wasting the lettuce. No one actually eats the salad garnish... do they?
