Delightful to meet you too! I trust your journey worked out okay in the end? Makes a difference for someone who only needs to travel 40 minutes to get to that pub smiley - biggrin

You lucky sod! It took us 7 hours to get to Glasgow, then I had to get a train to Edinburgh and a bus and a taxi to my mum's. Got in around 11.30 tonight, after starting out on the road again (in the style of John Denver) at 12.30, not including the bus and tube ride from Jonathan's...

Wow! Sounds like a film with John Candy and Steve Martin. Glad you made it safe though. Great commitment from you. If I was all the way up there I don't think I'd have bothered, but hopping a train from here is so simple it just made sense. Did you keep the photo of me? All downloaded to your peecee yet?

You could probably get to london for about 30 squids if you know where to look!

Hope my pic doesn't suddenly find it's way onto the Simon Pegg appreciation page smiley - blush
