Hello Apple_Woman,
Thank you for your posting. As you are probably aware, we cannot discuss moderation on-site. We ask everyone who has any queries regarding moderation to reply to the email they receive in connection with it.
If we 'lose friends' because of our failure to deal with the demands of one user posting about a moderation issue in a public thread then we will just have to deal with the repercussions as they arise.
