Hey Andrea! How you doin' eh? Good I trust!
here's a Country Party slice.
Line a square slice tin with a standard biscuit crust. top with shredded coconut, peanuts and choc-chips (add all ingredients to preference, don't be too generous it can get rich)Then poor a small to medium can of sweetened condensed milk over the lot. Bake until golden brown on top! (30-45 mins approx). You can vary these simple ingredients to make a ton of varieties. Try choc-biscuit base shredded coconut, milk,dark and white choc-chips and melt a marsbar into the sweetened condensed milk before applying OR try one with mixed fruit and no choc etc etc.
