"Popular film website BritFilms TV and national cinema chain Cineworld have launched their second 24 hour film challenge. Due to the phenomenal success of last year’s competition, filmmakers from around the UK are again invited to the Midlands to make a three minute film in just 24 hours. The winners will receive £700, a one-year Cineworld unlimited pass and a JVC mini DV camcorder, sponsored by 20th Century Fox.
The 24 hour challenge will start time at 11am on Saturday 10th May at the Cineworld in Nottingham. Films can be about anything, from comedy to drama, from horror to documentary, but they have to be less than three minutes long and include the ‘prop’ given out on the challenge morning. All films then have to be submitted for judging by 11am on 11th May, judges include Al Clark and Rachel Robey midlands-based film producers."

I remembered your interest in making tiny films from the "Fistful of hair" competition thread.

I'll get you a link to that rap tune when it's done. It's taking ages!

Look forward to hearing it - you familiar with MC Hawking?

Cheers for the heads up. Doubt I'd be able to get up there right now, too much panic at home to face. Even if I got there I doubt I'd know what to do. Good to find out about these things though smiley - cheers

I've heard *of* MC Hawking. For a while I thought it was just a generic name for tts rapping. I've heard the cylob stuff. I'll check it out and see if my efforts are up to scratch.

smiley - cheers
