whats a Shiatsu? and how do you say it? when i try is sounds like the name of a small dog, i assume that's wrong.

i liked the herbal bit. lavender is my favourite smell at the moment, i even have lavender soap in my room!

Shiatsu (pronounced shee-AT-sue) is a Japanese form of bodywork, based on traditional Chinese medicine. It uses the same framework as acupuncture, but uses massage, pressure and stretches instead of needles, and is done clothed rather than other massage techniques that require a certain amount of nakedness (from the receiver that is....)

Lavender is a really useful herb, and it does smell lovely!
