Rev Nick - dead man walking (mostly)

I expect that you had a chance to see my suggestion of a charity that Effers would perhaps have approved of. I tried to be gentle and
polite, but perhaps just my name in conjunction with hers was enough for a hasty finger to strike.

But your opinion, as one of a small number that she did call friends for a longer time, was my post out of order? To your mind, atleast.

Cheers

I loved your eulogy. It was quite appropriate and honest and sincere and might have sent Effers off in a big huff or a small . I have said so in that thread and complained that anyone should have yikesed it, especially their not knowing what you and Effers were all about. It's sorta like telling someone at a funeral that they are not welcome because they don't go to the right church, in spite of their close relationship with the deceased. I have asked the mods to reinstate it or at least put it in the eulogies thread on my homepage where I invite you to have another go. The latest post there is from clare who admits she saw Effers as a Terry Pratchett witch. http://h2g2.com/dna/h2g2/alabaster/F59446?thread=8299424 ~jwf~
