Hello again folk!

Yes, in re-registering I lost my previous threads, password, conversations etc, but hey, that was from an account opened in 2003. Let's start again.
Originally from Birmingham, England, I've been teaching in the Middle East for a long time:20+ years.

I like lots of types of music which I'll tell you more about when I extend this entry later. LATER: well, Brian Wilson, Beach Boys, Velvet Underground, Buggles, Nico, John Cale, Jimi Hendrix, Dusty Springfield,
Beatles, Stones, Frank Zappa, Beefheart, Joe Meek's stuff, The United States of America, Fairport Convention, Jethro Tull,Bowie, Taj Mahal, 60s Tamla Motown, Terry Riley, Phil Spector produced material (mainly early to mid 60s)and many many other people from that era. Bach, Handel, Purcell, Vivaldi, Monteverdi, Praetorious, Buxtehude, the Scarlattis, Couperin, Medieval music, Britten, Holst, Vaughan Williams, also too many others to mention here.

I have mostly posted to threads such as the geographical names, next word, limericks, song titles, and the pun threads, but I'm not averse to dropping in and occasionally contributing to other threads.
I hope all the other folk who used to post such as SD, Old-un, and many others who haven't yet made it back onto the new site will soon be appearing again.
Hope to see you all back here soon!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
