You come seeking a new world, perhaps escape from horrors of your own. I am willing to accept you warmly as a friend and a neighbor and a co-worker. I am NOT willing to change my beliefs and ways of life to become one of those that you ran away from.

Canada is HUGE, there is room for everyone and every idea. But it must be a blend of everyone who arrives, not just the ways of the one, the newest.

The current Org Chart, it doesn't look too promising. A lot of folks are those known to be adverse, or have given direct indications that they want no truck with me ...

Some may be pleased to know that the 3rd novel has me literally losing me head. Really puts a
dampening on chatting up the ladies at the bar, with a measure of brandy.

This may well please a small group of small people, and guess what? I don't care. They will piddle around in their small worlds,
perfectly content and thinking they are 'someone'.

I have returned over and over, thinking there were some people of whose opinion I respect. But in fact, watching mostly quietly
for a few weeks, I have finally realized ... Those that I do not already have e-mail and FaceBook access to, they have done the
dance. And as things are, very unlikely to return.

So in brief, ain't no reason to hang out among cobwebs and skeletons. Lots of better places to be. So ta-ta, and bonne chance,
h2g2.

My time on this site was quite tenuous as the year began. And then, it was even more so for everyone as the site went up for sale.
Panic! Mayhem! Declarations of doom and gloom! But it held out, a stalwart pair took on the challenge, rounded up teams of people,
were so creative ... and the site survived. As did my accounts, barely. (Only one close-out so far)

So here we are, closing out 2011. If I would have known how long this stint of unemployment would last, I would have fought harder
against a Noesis rule about previously banned folks. I have had a lot of time free and could have done a lot. But all "could, woulda,
shoulda" stuffs. The only actual annoyance left about that is that of the cold shoulders. Yeah, I was done in good and that has put
me on the permanent 'naughty' list. But is that a reason for every and all threads and ideas to be disreguarded, without any consid-
eration of merits? Apparently so, ... as it has happened a number of times. Offers and ideas flat ignored because of the source.
... (I'd offer an idea for a smiley, but that is one direction that offers have been bulk-ignored anyway. Naughty-List, etc)

Anyway, the year saw employment income gone. My father gone. Grand-kids growing like the proverbial weeds. An unplanned early
and teeny pension, but one accompanied by lifetime medical, dental, vision-care and pharmaceutical coverage than is un-matched
anywhere. For free, now and for-ever! (And none is carried by tax-payers ) But life goes on, I still have the home, the family, the
many many friends here and on other sites.

And so we await the new year.

Oh, and yes, despite the lack of sustainable income, I will most assuredly drop another 100-quid or so to the support of this site.
Not entirely sure why, as many don't want me here. But I am sure they are happy for my coins ...
