Thanks, we are fine. 
Heating season just starts (the weather went straight from mid-August to October) and we already see how much of a difference the new windows make. 
Thanks for the link. I knew some of these, but not all. The towers at the top of the article are especially strange, I think. For me they look like they have balloons attached. like they are not attached to the ground but float in the air. I can almost see them swaying in the wind.
