Greetings, and Welcome to all Lifeforms!
I first encountered, and believe it or not, read, the H2G2 "trilogy" years ago, before I knew there was anything called an Internet. (Then I had time to read; now...) I loved the books, and the BBC radio broadcasts, and there began what has been an ongoing affair with the Guide.
I like British humor, as well as the Art of Sarcasm. I am an avid Star Trek fan, and frequently envision myself as Spock, all the while acting like Dr. McCoy! I read lots of SF, as well as some Mysteries.
I live in an average house, in an average neighborhood, in an average (but worthwhile) town in the USA. I have two kids, two dogs, two cats, and two rabbits, and my favorite number is (are you ready?!) "42", (don't tell me you couldn't figure that out!) but I only have one dishwasher! As I despise washing dishes, I, too, came to the conclusion long ago that there is something basically wrong with the Universe!
Feel free to leave a message as you travel through my page. I welcome diversions, and in this age of pressure and fast paced living, this may be just what the doctor ordered!
