i quit smoking!
18 months now!
and i was wondering what that book was on tai chi that you said you know?

I'm on a lot less than I used to be, but still check in.

Unfortunately, I left the book at my mom's house and can't remember the title.

The problem is her finding the book.
I could be in, the library, either of two basement storage areas, with the exercise stuff, or just genrally lost.
She doesn't have that kind of time.

simply tai chi
I would like to mention that while it was fairly well written, it is tai chi in general, which i really need to learn more of, rather than anything specfic to that book that I was recomending way back when.
